3. For the most accurate fit, leave your pet’s exact neck measurement in the personalization box and I’ll custom size it for you. If no measurement is provided, your necklace will be made to the finished size.

I have nothing but good things to say about this product and this store. The owner is amazing! I had gotten two kittens for my birthday wasnt sure about the sizes and weights and didnt want to put too much weight on their necks. After sending her many questions she always answered timely and with patients and always courteous and even though I couldnt see her Im sure she was always smiling. I received them collar/necklaces today I havent put them on the kittens because theyre still running from me and I cant catch them lol. They come in these beautiful boxes, beautifully wrapped and the necklaces are so darling. As soon as I can get someone to help me catch them I will send photos.
I will definitely place a new order once the kittens get bigger and outgrow their current collars.
